If the Screenshot Monitor application unexpectedly crashes or strange errors occurs it very helpful for us to get the application local trace log to resolve the issue. You can provide us the log with the issue report using the following instruction:

  1. Open a Windows Explorer.
  2. Application log is available by the full path: C:\Windows\Temp. Navigate to the directory and search the file SMTrace.log.
  3. Attach the file SMTrace.log to the email with the issue report.
