Most of our clients pay based on the monthly rates (see Company Plans & Pricing) On these plans you pay only for the days that a worker was part of your team (see How are the monthly payments calculated?) What if, however, you have a high rotation of workers? You would want to save money by removing them from your team, but it also means that you would lose access to their screenshots and logged time. In such cases paying only for the hours logged could suit your needs better.
If you choose a metered pricing, you can have an unlimited number of workers and the price is $0.16 per employee per hour worked for Professional plan and $0.12 for Standard plan. To select a metered pricing, upgrade to a regular monthly Professional or Standard plan (if you do not have one yet) and contact us with a request to switch to a metered plan.
